Privacy Policy

This policy covers sonnyautomation.com, its diagnostic tools, playbooks, course pages, contact forms, and consultation booking links. Product-specific privacy pages may apply to separate apps.

I collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, company, workflow description, resource requested, and marketing consent. Basic server logs may also contain an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp.

The Med Spa Lead Leak Test asks only clinic-level process questions. Answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to Airtable, Slack, Calendly, or Sonny Automation. The browser checkpoint records when answers were last changed. When the tool is opened, progress older than 24 hours is rejected and removed. If the page is not reopened, the expired checkpoint may remain in browser storage until site data is cleared. If you request the separate rescue checklist, the email, resource request, consent choices, and attribution are handled under the resource-form terms below.

I use submitted information to:

• Deliver the diagnostic checklist, playbook, course, or reply you requested
• Send practical follow-up content when you consented to it
• Prepare for a consultation and respond to questions
• Protect forms, diagnose failures, and improve the site
• Keep records required for security, legal, and business operations

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Airtable for lead records, Gmail for resource and contact emails when configured, Calendly for consultation scheduling, and Slack for limited owner alerts when configured. Slack alerts contain operational metadata and do not include submitted messages or contact details. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. I do not sell personal information.

I keep lead and contact records only as long as they are useful for the request, the business relationship, security, or legal obligations. You can use the unsubscribe method in a marketing message or ask me to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing sonny@sonnyautomation.com.

I use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise perfect security. I may update this policy when the site or its providers change. The effective date at the top will change when the update is material.
